Basketball Preview: St. Petersburg Green Devils vs. Palm Harbor University Hurricanes
The St. Petersburg Green Devils will venture away from home to challenge the Palm Harbor University Hurricanes at 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday. St. Petersburg is coming into the match hot, having won their last four games.

St. Petersburg found their leader in freshman Shaw Summer, who dropped a double-double on 39 points and 15 rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Summer has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Ella Abernethy, who went 8 for 16 en route to 20 points and three steals.
St. Petersburg was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Dunedin only racked up five assists.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Palm Harbor University, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 51-43 victory over Sumner on Wednesday.
Palm Harbor University has also been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 60.8 points per game. As for St. Petersburg, they pushed their record up to 17-6 with the win, which was their third straight at home.
