Founders Christian had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14 points) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They came out on top against the Brazosport Christian Eagles by a score of 52-39. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in February.

Several Eagles players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Mason Speed, who posted eight points along with five rebounds and three steals. That's the most steals Speed has posted since back in January. Tyson Sullivan was another key player, putting up eight points along with nine boards and four steals.

Founders Christian is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. As for Brazosport Christian, with the loss, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 8-3.

Founders Christian wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 45-38 win against Divine Savior Academy - Sienna on the 14th. Brazosport Christian has also already played their next game, a 64-56 defeat against Calvary Baptist on the 14th.
