Football Recap: Elmwood/Brimfield Has No Trouble Against Bureau Valley

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Princeville, Elmwood/Brimfield was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They took down the Bureau Valley Storm 38-22. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Trojans also won the last time the pair played back in October of 2024.

Elmwood/Brimfield now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Bureau Valley, their loss was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-5.

Elmwood/Brimfield didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 42-34 defeat against Hamilton/Warsaw on the 3rd. As for Bureau Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next matchup, a 44-6 win against Lewistown/Cuba/Spoon River Valley on the 3rd.
