Meanwhile, winning is just a little bit easier when you nail six more threes than your opponent, a fact Cape Fear proved on Friday. They took down South View 56-42. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Cape Fear.
Jayda Angel continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 22 points. That makes it 12 consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Cape Fear's points. Another player making a difference was Teralyn Harris, who scored eight points.
Gray's Creek's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Cape Fear, their win bumped their record up to 11-1.
