McCall-Donnelly won the last time they faced Payette and things went their way on Friday too. The Vandals took their matchup with ease, bagging a 39-7 victory over the Pirates. The result was nothing new for the Vandals, who have now won four games by 32 points or more so far this season.

Colt Value produced another solid effort rushing for 128 yards and a pair of scores while picking up 8.0 yards per carry.

Another reason for the win was McCall-Donnelly's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. Leading the way was Michael Pellerin with two. McCall-Donnelly is undefeated when Pellerin posts one or more sacks, but 1-2 otherwise. Another thorn in Payette's side was Joker Joyce, who made 17 total tackles (1.0 for loss).

The win made it two in a row for McCall-Donnelly and bumps their season record up to 5-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 14 points in those games. As for Payette, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.
