While Orland might've come up empty on Friday, Luke Schager wasn't going down without a fight. Schager was excellent, rushing for 224 yards and one score while picking up 8.0 yards per carry. He's now once again averaging 100+ rushing yards (132.7) per game.

Schager and Orland will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gridley at 7:30 p.m. on October 10.
