Volleyball Recap: Bartow Has No Trouble Against Lake Region + How To Watch

Bartow not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 16th (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Lake Region Thunder as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Yellow Jackets haven't had any issues with the Thunder recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Bartow took every set by at least ten points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-8, 25-15.

Bartow found their leader in sophomore Adisyn Pokorowski, who had five aces and four assists. Those five aces set a new season-high mark for Pokorowski. Madison Meeks also deserves some recognition as she had her first block of the season.

Bartow was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That's the most aces they've posted since back in September of 2024.

Bartow's win bumped their record up to 17-4. As for Lake Region, their defeat was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-19.

Bartow has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Lake Gibson on the 2nd. As for Lake Region, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Roosevelt Academy on the 4th.
