Rosman wins going away against Draughn

The Rosman Tigers waltzed into their game on Tuesday with three straight wins but they left with four. They took down Draughn 60-42. Given Rosman's advantage in MaxPreps' North Carolina basketball rankings (they are ranked 144th, while Draughn is ranked 324th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Lexi Powell (sykes) continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 24 points. Another player making a difference was Alissa Cheek, who scored 13 points.

Rosman is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. As for Draughn, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost three of their last four matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season.
