Volleyball Recap: Shiloh Christian Takes a Loss

Shiloh Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Carrington Cardinals. The Skyhawks were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Cardinals apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2022.

Emily Schuette paced Shiloh Christian's offense, picking up four kills. Schuette got some help from Sophia Heringer and her five assists.

Shiloh Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 11-13-1. As for Carrington, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 13-1-1.

Shiloh Christian has already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Des Lacs-Burlington on the 11th. As for Carrington, they will challenge Thompson at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
