Basketball Recap: Boca Raton Find Success

Boca Raton posted their closest win since November 22, 2023 on Monday. They skirted past the West Boca Raton Bulls 44-42. The Bobcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Bulls, too.

Despite the loss, West Boca Raton still got an impressive performance from Brianna Morgan, who dropped a double-double on 16 points and 15 boards. The dominant performance gave Morgan a new career-high in rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Sophia Krefsky, who posted 13 points along with five assists and five steals.

Boca Raton is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 6-8 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for West Boca Raton, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-16.
