Volleyball Recap: Warner Monarchs vs. Ipswich Tigers        
        
		
             Warner came tearing into  Tuesday's  contest with three straight wins  and they left with even more momentum. They put the hurt on the Ipswich Tigers with a sharp  3-0 victory. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Monarchs also won the last time the pair played  back in September of 2023.
 One reason for the win was Warner's dynamic defense, which allowed fewer and fewer points in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-20, 25-18,  25-8.
 Leading Warner to victory were  Jordyn Jensen and  Libby Scepaniak.  Jensen  had 15  digs and two  aces, while  Scepaniak  had seven  digs and two  aces. Scepaniak is also on a roll when it comes to  assists, as she's  now  posted 12 or more in the last five games she's  played dating back to last season.
 Warner  was lethal from the service line and  finished the game with ten  aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now  served at least five  aces in three consecutive  games.
 Warner's win was  their 13th straight on the road dating back to last season, which  pushed their record up to 16-1. As for Ipswich,  the  defeat snapped their winning streak at seven games  and leaves them with a 8-2 record.
 Warner is on the road again  on Tuesday to play Groton at 7:30  p.m. Groton will roll in looking for their  fifth straight  victory, something Warner surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ipswich, they will venture away from home to  take on Northwestern Area  at 7:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
