Baseball Game Preview: Walton Braves vs. Aletheia Christian Academy Lions

The Walton Braves will face off against the Aletheia Christian Academy Lions at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with nine consecutive losses dating back to last season for Walton and three for Aletheia Christian Academy.

Thursday just wasn't the day for Walton's offense. They came up short against Bay on Thursday, falling 10-0.

Meanwhile, Aletheia Christian Academy lost 14-2 to Pensacola Catholic on Thursday.

Aletheia Christian Academy saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Noah Wheeler, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base and one run. Wheeler is on a roll when it comes to stolen bases, as he's now snagged at least one in each of the last three games he's played.

Aletheia Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-3. As for Walton, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-5.
