Unioto proved they can win big  on Thursday (they won by ten) and  on Friday they proved they can win the close ones too. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Circleville Tigers, sneaking past  7-6. The Shermans haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their third consecutive  win against them.
 Peytan Robinson made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound,   pitching one inning while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Robinson was also big at the plate,  going 2-for-3 with one  run and one  double. That's the most  hits  she has posted since back in May of 2024.
 In other batting news,  Maddie Tuttle was a standout: she went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  stolen base.  Haylee Hull was another key player,  going 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 Unioto was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .438. That's the best  batting average they've posted all season.
The  victory  got Unioto back to even at 6-6. As for Circleville, they dropped their record down to 3-10 with the  defeat, which was their eighth straight  on the road dating back to last season.
 Unioto wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next  match,  a  14-4  win against Adena on the 21st. As for Circleville, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next  game,  an  18-3  loss against Bloom-Carroll on the 21st.
