Softball Recap: Braddock Comes Up Short

Braddock fought the good fight in their extra-innings contest against Palmetto on Monday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 10-9. The loss continues a trend for the Bulldogs in their meetings with the Panthers: they've now lost six in a row.

Braddock's defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Palmetto, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Braddock didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 22-1 win against Coral Park on the 14th. As for Palmetto, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 15-5 victory against TERRA Environmental on the 14th.
