Recap: El Dorado Wildcats vs. Pratt Greenbacks
The El Dorado Wildcats pushed their score all the way to 63 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 64-63 to Pratt. Even though they lost, El Dorado's still made a splash on offense and bumped their average scoring up to 52.3 points per game (they're now ranked -1th in scoring overall).
Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Logan Garner, who scored 20 points. Garner scored a full 31.7% of El Dorado's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Dillon Scott, who scored 11 points.
El Dorado now has a losing record at 1-2. As for Pratt, their win bumped their record up to 3-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. El Dorado will take on Clearwater at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Pratt, they will head out on the road to face off against Russell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
