Del Valle found a leader in BRYAN GARCIA as the squad took down Andress on Thursday. GARCIA didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over six innings pitched, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
