Softball Recap: Lenape Takes a Loss

Lenape was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their seventh straight loss. They came up short against the Seneca Golden Eagles, falling 17-11. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 17-11 on Thursday.

Lenape's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Seneca, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-10.

Lenape has already played their next game, a 9-2 win against Cherry Hill East on the 19th. As for Seneca, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 13-1 loss against Paul VI on the 19th.
