Meanwhile, Animo Pat Brown came tearing into Tuesday's contest with five straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5 goals) and they left with even more momentum. Their defense stepped up to hand the Warriors a 3-0 shutout. Give the Gryphons' defense some credit: that's the team's fourth straight shutout.

Ditther Franco and Joshua Bernal scored all three of Animo Pat Brown's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Animo Pat Brown's victory was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 21 goals over those four matches. As for New Designs Watts, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.
