Soccer Recap: Westwood Comes Up Short

The home team had come away the winner the last five times Westwood and Hudson had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Westwood Panthers lost 8-0 to the Hudson Hornets on Friday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Hornets recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Westwood's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for Hudson, their win bumped their record up to 9-4.

Coincidentally, Westwood and Hudson will both be playing Diboll the next time they take the pitch. Hudson will host Diboll at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, while Westwood will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on February 28th.
