Dr. Phillips won the last time they faced Olympia and things went their way on Tuesday too. Dr. Phillips put the hurt on Olympia with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Panthers.

Dr. Phillips' got stronger as the match went on, holding Olympia to fewer and fewer points set over set. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-17, 25-15.

Dr. Phillips can attribute much of their success to Evan Cervantes, who had 13 digs and one assist.

Dr. Phillips was lethal from the service line and finished the game with ten aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Olympia only served five aces.

Dr. Phillips' win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Olympia, they dropped their record down to 2-4 with the loss, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season.

Looking ahead, Dr. Phillips will face off against Lake Buena Vista at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Olympia, they have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 victory against Davenport on the 26th.
