Volleyball Recap: Central Comes Up Short

Central was the 3-1 winner over Westerly when they last played one another back in May of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Knights came up short against the Bulldogs on Wednesday, falling 3-0. The Knights' defeat continues a trend for the team, making it four in a row.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 5-8. As for Westerly, the win was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 9-3.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Central will square off against rival Woonsocket at 6:45 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Westerly is set to challenge their familiar foe Central Falls at 6:45 p.m. on Monday.
