Volleyball Recap: Fort Osage Beats Ruskin for Their Fourth Straight Win

Fort Osage entered their tilt with Ruskin on Tuesday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They blew past the Golden Eagles 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Fort Osage was: they took every set by at least 20 points. The final score came out to 25-3, 25-5, 25-5.

Elaina Noaese paced Fort Osage's offense, picking up ten kills. Noaese got some help from Ryleigh Gage and her 24 assists. Mya Holloway controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

Fort Osage's win bumped their record up to 16-8-1. As for Ruskin, their loss was their 16th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-16.

Coming up, Fort Osage will take on Grain Valley at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ruskin, they will venture away from home to take on Belton at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
