Baseball Recap: Keyser Comes Up Short

Keyser lost against Robert C. Byrd on Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Golden Tornado came up short against the Eagles, falling 8-2.

Keyser saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Cam Larkin, who went 3-for-4 with one RBI. Lucas Williamson was another, going 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Keyser's defeat dropped their record down to 7-19-1. As for Robert C. Byrd, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Keyser nor Robert C. Byrd have any future games scheduled.
