The Hartfield Academy Hawks will be playing in front of their home fans against the Jackson Academy Raiders at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Hartfield Academy is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt want to keep things rolling.
Hartfield Academy put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season two weeks ago. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Jackson Academy 40-13 at home. Hartfield Academy's offense checked out after the first half but had enough points banked to take the game anyway.
Reed Jesiolowski continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 160 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. Jesiolowski hasn't dropped below 100 rushing yards for seven straight games. Another player making a difference was Bralan Womack, who picked up 79 receiving yards and three touchdowns.
Hartfield Academy pushed their record up to 12-0 with that victory, which was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season. As for Jackson Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
Friday's match might be decided on the ground as these two are both standouts in the run game. Hartfield Academy has been unstoppable on the ground this season, having averaged 204.9 rushing yards per game. However, it's not like Jackson Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging 162.4 per game. It's looking like Friday's game might have some serious battles in the trenches.
