Clarksville Academy put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They skirted past the Kirkwood Cobras 39-37. The Cougars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Cobras, too.

Clarksville Academy can attribute much of their success to Vicky Anderson, who posted nine points and eight boards. Another player making a difference was Camille Thomas, who earned seven points and seven rebounds.

Clarksville Academy's record now sits at 3-0. As for Kirkwood, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Clarksville Academy didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 50-43 victory against Greenbrier on the 24th. As for Kirkwood, they have also already played their next contest, a 67-20 win against Martin Luther King Jr. Magnet on the 24th.
