Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Hanks). They breezed by the Parkland Matadors to the tune of 76-20 on Tuesday. The win was nothing new for the Knights as they're now sitting on three straight.

Hanks' success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Daisy Fernandez led the charge by going 8 of 15 en route to 20 points. Fernandez has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Nevaeh Moore, who dropped a double-double on ten points and ten rebounds.

Hanks is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 10-11 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 28.0 points per game. As for Parkland, they dropped their record down to 10-17 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Coincidentally, Hanks and Parkland will both be playing Del Valle the next time they take the court. Parkland will host Del Valle at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Hanks will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on January 28th.
