Winter Springs entered their tilt with Lake Howell on Tuesday with four consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with five. They came out on top against the Silverhawks by a score of 7-4. Seven seems to be a good number for the Bears as the squad scooped up a win with the same number of runs in their previous game.

Robbie Mungovan looked comfortable as he kept things locked down with no earned runs or hits over four innings pitched. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in strikeouts (five).

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Alex Dameron, who went 2-for-3 with four RBI, one triple, and one run. That's the most RBI he has posted since back in February. Another player making a difference was Owen Swanson, who scored two runs while going 1-for-3.

Winter Springs' victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 17-4. Those road wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Lake Howell, their loss dropped their record down to 10-10.
