On Saturday First Baptist School's undefeated season almost came to an end. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Holly Hill Academy Raiders. The six-run effort marked the Hurricanes' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

First Baptist School's victory bumped their record up to 4-0-1. As for Holly Hill Academy, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

First Baptist School has already played their next matchup, a 13-1 defeat against Pinewood Prep on the 17th. As for Holly Hill Academy, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 14-4 win against Andrew Jackson Academy on the 18th.
