West Forsyth came tearing into Monday's matchup with seven straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the East Forsyth Eagles. That's the third time they've managed to beat them this season, with their most recent victory being a 2-0 win back in March.

While West Forsyth might've won, it sure wasn't easy: East Forsyth scored at least 18 points in every set they played. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-22, 25-22.

West Forsyth's win was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 21-1. As for East Forsyth, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-9 record this season.

West Forsyth does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for East Forsyth, they are taking a road trip to square off against Winston Salem Christian at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Lions will roll in looking for their 11th straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
