There's no place like home for Huntington, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Timpson Bears on Tuesday. This was a revenge game for the Red Devils: when they faced off against the Bears last Thursday, they had to take a 2-1 defeat.

Huntington had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 22-25, 25-22, 25-21, 25-9.

Maecie Sebek paced Huntington's offense, picking up 16 kills. Sebek got some help from Mylie Martinez and her 20 assists. Martinez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Huntington is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Timpson, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Looking ahead, Huntington will take on Orangefield at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Timpson, they will be taking part in a tournament against Atlanta at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
