Keller won the last time they faced Byron Nelson and things went their way on Friday too. The Indians had just enough and edged out the Bobcat 2-1. Given Keller's advantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 17th, while Byron Nelson are ranked 61st) , the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Keller is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-4-1 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 20 goals over those six matchups. As for Byron Nelson, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-6-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Keller is set to challenge their familiar foe Trinity at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Byron Nelson will take on rival V.R. Eaton at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
