Neville had already won two in a row and they went ahead and made it three on Friday. They had just enough and edged the Alexandria Trojans out 46-43. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Tigers have posted since December 13, 2024.

Several Trojans players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Thamerin Balthazar, who posted 15 points and four steals. Balthazar is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played. Kenya Russell was another key player, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and 11 rebounds.

Neville has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 14-3 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 51.0 points per game. As for Alexandria, they moved to 18-4 with that defeat, which also ended their five-game winning streak.
