Baseball Game Preview: Memphis Cyclones vs. Quanah Indians

The Memphis Cyclones will face off against the Quanah Indians at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Memphis has given up an average of 10.2 runs per game this season, but Tuesday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Last Friday, Memphis didn't have quite enough to beat Clarendon and fell 13-12.

Meanwhile, Quanah was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They lost 11-4 to Lockney.

Mikey Floyd made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two runs. Hunter Jackson also deserves some recognition as he scored his first run of the season.

Quanah's loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for Memphis, they now have a losing record of 6-7.

Everything went Memphis' way against Quanah in their previous meeting back in March, as Memphis made off with an 11-1 win. Will the Cyclones repeat their success, or do the Indians have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
