Volleyball Recap: Coram Deo Academy Starts Season with Defeat on the Road

Coram Deo Academy kicked off their season on the road on Monday and hit a couple of potholes. They lost 3-0 to Prestonwood Christian North. Sadly, the defeat continues a streak the team started last season, making it seven in a row.

The match finished with set scores of 25-8, 25-20, 25-15.

Allie Oppong-Bawuah paced Coram Deo Academy's offense, picking up four kills. Oppong-Bawuah got some help from Avery Juergens and her six assists.

Coram Deo Academy will challenge Bullard at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. As for Prestonwood Christian North, they will face off against Trinity Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
