Mesa Vista entered their tilt with Questa on Friday with four consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with five. They were the clear victor by a 74-48 margin over the Questa Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 76-31 back in January.

Several Wildcats players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Larry Roybal, who posted ten points and eight rebounds. Juan Cisneros was another key player, putting up six points and 12 boards.

Mesa Vista pushed their record up to 15-4 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Questa, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record this season.

Mesa Vista has already played their next game, a 68-46 win against Penasco on the 1st. As for Questa, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 70-47 loss against Escalante on the 4th.
