DuPont won the last time they faced William Penn and things went their way on Tuesday too. The DuPont Tigers claimed a resounding 69-41 win over the William Penn Colonials. The Tigers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won six contests by 28 points or more this season.

DuPont is also on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 7-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.3 points per game. As for William Penn, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. A feisty cat fight is on tap when the DuPont Tigers face off against the Howard Wildcats at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday.
