Saguaro extended their winning streak to three games thanks to a huge performance from Alexa Simpson. The Saguaro Sabercats blew past the Crismon Rattlers 71-34 on Wednesday thanks in part to Simpson, who dropped a double-double on 27 points and 11 steals. That makes it four consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Saguaro's points.

Another player making a difference was Nia Lockett, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 18 boards. Lockett is crushing it when it comes to rebounds: she's pulled down at least nine every time she's taken the court this season.

Saguaro's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-3. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.0 points per game. As for Crismon, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-4.

Saguaro didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 44-35 loss against Sahuaro on the 13th. As for Crismon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next game, a 61-28 defeat against Peoria on the 12th.
