Basketball Recap: Carlmont Comes Up Short

Carlmont was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 52-45 to the Berkeley Yellowjackets. The contest marked the Scots' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Carlmont's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Berkeley, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 4-4 record.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Carlmont will host Milpitas at 1:00 p.m. on December 31st. As for Berkeley, they will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Ygnacio Valley at 3:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025.
