South Windsor had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 15.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Monday. They ended the year with a bang, routing the Naugatuck Greyhounds 43-23.

South Windsor now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Naugatuck, they dropped their record down to 0-3 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Windsor will head out to face off against Avon at 6:45 p.m. on Friday.
