Softball Recap: Keene Triumphs

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Londonderry, Keene was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They came out on top against the Manchester Central Little Green by a score of 6-0 (the very same score they lost by in their prior game). The Blackbirds not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since May 19, 2025 (when they won 15-3).

Keene's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Manchester Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and also nudges their season record down to 1-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Keene will take on Pinkerton at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Manchester Central, they will venture away from home to challenge Portsmouth at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
