Basketball Game Preview: Signal Mountain Eagles vs. South Pittsburg Pirates

Having just played yesterday, the Signal Mountain Eagles will get right back to it and host the South Pittsburg Pirates at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Signal Mountain has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.

On Thursday, Signal Mountain didn't have too much breathing room in their match against Coahulla Creek, but they still walked away with a 64-60 victory.

Meanwhile, South Pittsburg had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Sequatchie County on Tuesday, sneaking past 64-62. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Pirates have posted against the Indians since February 7, 2020.

The victory got South Pittsburg back to even at 3-3. As for Signal Mountain, the win got them back to even at 9-9.
