Meanwhile, Nicolet was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They came up short against Cedarburg, falling 3-0.

While Nicolet was kept off the board, it wasn't for a lack of trying: they cut into Cedarburg's winning margin in every set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 25-14, 25-23.

Kettle Moraine's defeat dropped their record down to 11-18. As for Nicolet, their loss dropped their record down to 8-8.
