It was a proper cat-fight when San Antonio Christian duked it out with TMI-Episcopal on Friday. The Lions walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Panthers on August 13th, they had to take a 3-0 loss.

Sara Cleveland paced San Antonio Christian's offense, picking up eight kills. Cleveland got some help from Elizabel Pool and her 11 assists. Savannah Simpson controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

San Antonio Christian has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-9 record this season. As for TMI-Episcopal, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-8.

Looking ahead, San Antonio Christian will take on Stevens in a tournament on Friday. As for TMI-Episcopal, they will head out on the road to take on Keystone at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
