After low-scoring totals in their previous three contests, Rosemead brought some dynamite into their most recent game. Everything went their way against the Gabrielino Eagles on Friday as they made off with a 16-6 win. The victory was some much needed relief for the Panthers as it spelled an end to their three-game losing streak.

Rosemead now has a winning record of 6-5. As for Gabrielino, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Rosemead will face off against Mountain View at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Gabrielino, they will take on Arroyo on Monday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 6.74 runs per game on average), something the Eagles will no doubt try to take advantage of.
