Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Clarendon). They enjoyed a cozy 64-50 win over the Memphis Cyclones on Friday. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-34 back in January.

Despite the loss, Memphis still got an impressive performance from Armando Saenz, who went 5 for 12 on his way to 16 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Abel Villa was another key player, going 5 of 12 en route to 12 points.

The victory made it two in a row for Clarendon and bumps their season record up to 11-12. As for Memphis, they dropped their record down to 12-11 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Panhandle the next time they take the court. Memphis will host Panhandle at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, while Clarendon will host them at 6:15 p.m. on Friday.
