Franklin Road Christian had won eight straight home games dating back to last season and Bryleigh Dempsey did her part to make it nine on Monday. The Minutemen enjoyed a cozy 73-56 win over the Pleasant View Christian Warriors with plenty of help from Dempsey, who shot 4-for-7 from beyond the arc and dropped a double-double with 29 points and 13 steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 23 times she's played.

Franklin Road Christian's victory bumped their record up to 10-0. As for Pleasant View Christian, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-4.
