Game recap: Meadows High School Football Team tops Lincoln County

LAS VEGAS, Nev. - Nathan Devera ran for two touchdowns and Bryson Bickart added two as well as Meadows (Las Vegas, Nev.) bested Lincoln County (Panaca, Nev.) 30-12 on Saturday.

After taking the lead on a Bickart touchdown run in the first quarter, the Mustangs led 27-0 at the half.

Meadows expanded its lead to 30 points entering the fourth quarter. MHS scored once in the quarter on a field goal by Tommy Halkyard.

The Las Vegas school also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 26-6.



The loss comes after Lincoln County defeated White Pine 44-12 last week. The win brought Meadows' winning streak to three games.

Meadows (3-1) goes up against Mountain View Christian in a III Southern game matchup next week, while Lincoln County (1-3) locks horns with Laughlin also in a III Southern game.
