Basketball Recap: Douglass Comes Up Short

Douglass and Tenaha squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Douglass had to settle for second. They took a 49-45 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Tenaha Tigers. The Indians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in December of 2023.

Douglass' loss dropped their record down to 15-19. As for Tenaha, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 27-8.

As of now, neither Douglass nor Tenaha have any future games scheduled.
