Basketball Game Preview: Queens Teaching Tigers vs. Goddard Communications Arts & Tech Jaguars

A feisty cat fight will be fought when the Queens Teaching Tigers duke it out with the Goddard Communications Arts & Tech Jaguars at 4:30 p.m. on Monday... Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.

Last Wednesday, Queens Teaching was beaten by Scholars Academy 57-18. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Meanwhile, Goddard Communications Arts & Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 81-7 loss at the hands of Martin. The game marked the Jaguars' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Goddard Communications Arts & Tech's defeat dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Queens Teaching, their loss dropped their record down to 3-5.

Queens Teaching was able to grind out a solid victory over Goddard Communications Arts & Tech when the teams last played back in December of 2024, winning 29-21. The rematch might be a little tougher for Queens Teaching since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
