 Ringgold lost against Mt. Pleasant back in May of 2019, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result  on Thursday. The Ringgold Rams wound up on the wrong side of a  tough 11-5 walloping at the hands of the Mt. Pleasant Vikings.
  Alex Kolano was cooking despite his team's loss,   scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 3-for-4. He has been hot recently, having posted  at least one  stolen base the last three times he's  played.  Gavin Angotti was another key contributor,  scoring a  run and  stealing a base while going 1-for-3.
 On Mt. Pleasant's side,  the team  relied heavily on  Brady Painter, who  scored three  runs and  stole two bases while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances. Another player making a difference was  Cole Chatfield, who  went 2-for-4 with two  RBI and a  double.
 Ringgold's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Mt. Pleasant,  the  win  made it two in a row for them and  bumps their season record up to 2-2.
 Ringgold will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Greater Latrobe at 7:00  p.m.  on April 8th. Ringgold is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 6.8  runs per game this season. As for Mt.
